Whether you book training, production, or post-production services, you’ll receive Reward Points that can be redeemed for discounts on any future bookings with Soho Editors.

Points will automatically be awarded as part of your booking and can be applied to future services. Redeemed points will provide a discount on your next booking, or even cover the full cost.

How do I earn Soho Editors Reward Points?

Simply complete any purchase from Soho Editors and you’ll earn Reward Points on all qualifying purchases from Soho Editors, plus any extra points offered for participating in activities in the Soho Editors Rewards program.

All purchases are eligible to earn points; just make sure you use the same email address that you used to purchase from Soho Editors – we’ll do the rest!

When and how do I receive my Soho Editors Reward Points after I purchase as a Soho Editors Rewards Member?

We make every effort to add Reward Points to your account quickly. Typically this happens within 30 Days from the payment date. During peak seasonal periods, please allow for an additional 5-10 business days or longer for Points to be added to your account. If you feel you’re missing points for any order placed, please contact your Soho Editors representative.

Will my Soho Editors Reward Points expire?

NO – points earned will never expire

When can I use my Soho Editors Reward Points against future Soho Editors purchases?

Reward Points earned, and on your account are available to use straight away.

Is there a limit to the number of Soho Editors Reward Points I can earn from the Soho Editors Rewards programme?

NO – there is no limit.

Are my Soho Editors Reward Points calculated including VAT?

Your points are calculated excluding VAT.

If I use only a portion of the value of my Soho Editors Reward Points what happens to the remaining value of the Reward?

You’re in good shape. If you only use a portion of your Soho Editors Reward Points, the remainder is still available to be redeemed on another exciting Soho Editors purchase.

What if I don't have enough Soho Editors Reward Points to buy what I want? How do I combine other forms of payment?

If you use your Soho Editors Reward Points for a purchase costing more than your available balance, you may pay the remaining amount with any credit card accepted or by invoice by Soho Editors.

If I return or cancel my purchase within the return period, will my Soho Editors Reward Points still be available?

The offer is contingent upon the purchase of an eligible product or service. Rewards Points earned are not valid if an eligible product or service is returned for a refund or cancelled. If an eligible product is returned for a refund after the points have been redeemed, the redeemed amount will be deducted from the points balance, even if this creates a negative balance.

Can I receive Reward Points on Soho Editors purchases placed prior to enrolling in the Soho Editors Rewards Program?

No. Soho Editors Reward Points and other program benefits will only apply to purchases placed at the time of or after programme enrolment.

How much does it cost to become a Soho Editors Rewards Member?

There is no fee to join and no ongoing membership fee.

How do I completely cancel or opt-out of my Soho Editors Rewards programme?

In order to remove yourself from the program, please call Customer Service 020 7434 1286 between 9AM to 5PM GMT. Please note that deactivating your account will prevent you from earning future Soho Editors Rewards Points, and accessing member-only offers and benefits.

Can Soho Editors Reward Points be linked to more than one email address?

Soho Editors Reward Points are earned on each individual order, so it is possible to register multiple email addresses to the account. Reward Points will not be duplicated.
