About the Role

Soho Editors is looking for an exceptional retoucher to join our creative studio in the heart of London. We’re seeking someone with a passion for perfection and a keen eye for detail to work on high-profile advertising campaigns across the beauty, fashion, and luxury sectors.

Key Responsibilities

High-end beauty and skin retouching for advertising campaigns.

Colour correction and grading to match brand guidelines

Working with RAW files and maintaining image quality throughout the workflow

Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines

Maintaining organized file systems and project archives

Keeping up to date with the latest retouching techniques and industry trends

Requirements

3+ years of professional retouching experience in advertising or editorial.

Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Camera RAW.

Exceptional attention to detail and colour accuracy

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Experience with Capture One is a plus

Knowledge of digital photography and lighting principles
